In Dec. 1942 born in Beijing, China. 1960 graduated from Middle School of Beijing Normal University. 1965 graduated from Tianjin BEIYANG University, Thermo-Physics Department. 1965-1972 engaged in National Science & Technology Commission, Beijing, China. 1972-1978 Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). 1979-1985 Space Science & Technology Centre, CAS. 1986-1990 found Scientific Instrument Ltd., engaged in development of heart pace maker and instruments of meridian. 1991 established THK High-Tec Corporation in Cologne, Germany. 2008 set up Eifel TCM Ambulanz and found Cosmos-Physiology Laboratory. Now engaged in research of TCM and Meridian. 1986 awarded the title of Senior Engineer in CAS. 2002 appointed TCM Guest Professor in China. 2008 honored title of Professor Engineer/Physics by Zentralstelle für auslandisches Bildungswesen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. 1942年12月生于北京。1960年毕业于北京师大附中。1965年毕业于天津北洋大学工程热物理系。同年分配到国家科委从事技术管理工作。1972年至1978年在中国科学院物理研究所工作。1979年至1985年在中科院空间中心工作。1986年至1990年创办中科院科仪中心有限公司，从事心脏起搏器设计和研究。同时在生物物理所祝总骧教授指导下研究经络原理。1991年赴德国科隆创建THK高技术有限公司。2008年建立波恩EIFEL埃弗尔中医院和宇宙-生理学实验室。目前从事中医和经络的细胞分子生物学理论研究，提出经络的生物波理论。1986年获中科院高级工程师衔。2002年获中国“中医客座教授“证书。2008年获德国文化部外国专家局认证颁发的“工程物理学教授”学衔。

Professor Pan Xiaochuan graduated from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1983 and earned a master’s degree in TCM from Dalian Medical University in 1991. Professor Pan was president of the Canadian Oriental Medical College from 2001 to 2009, & vice chairman of Acupuncture Council of British Columbia from 2010 to 2012. Professor Pan has been practicing & teaching TCM in Victoria, BC since 1999. Since 2012 he has dedicated himself to teaching & promoting his Classical Chinese Medicine Self-consistent System all around the world. More than thirty years of studying the classic Chinese medicine literature led Professor Pan to develop the Classical Chinese Medicine Self- Consistent System. The System is based on the classic texts including the Huang Di Nei Jing, Nan Jing, the Yi Jing & the synthesis of Classical Chinese Medicine with TCM theory & modern astrophysics. 

世界经典中医协会创建人（加拿大），加拿大中医高校联合会特别顾问，中国安徽中医药大学客座教授。1983年获黑龙江中医学院学士学位，1991年获大连医学院硕士学位。1983-1987，黑龙江林业卫生学校，教师。1991-1999，大连市第二人民医院，大连中西医结合研究所创建人，国家级课题基金负责人。2001-2009，加拿大东方医学院院长。2010-2012，BC省注册中医师公会，副主席。2015-2016，加拿大BC省中医药管理局理事。2015-2016，第一批北京中医药大学特聘临床专家。 著有《图说经典中医》（英文版）、《针灵》、《药精》和《天道易经》。 

Guo Yuan graduated from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982, and graduated from the Physiological Basis Postgraduate Study of the Acupuncture and Meridians Research Institute of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1988. He is an associate chief physician of acupuncture of China and immigrated to Canada in 1999 as a registered acupuncturist. 

郭原医生1982年毕业于辽宁中医学院中医系，1988年毕业于安徽中医学院针灸经络研究所生理基础研究生班，针灸副主任医师，1999年移民加拿大，注册针灸师。

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 1988, and has studied traditional instruments since his childhood under some renown musicians such as Zhu Shi'an,   Zhu Xincheng, Li Yi and Xia Feiyun. His book  "Guqin Basic Course" was published by Shanghai Music Press, and his Lecture Series "Miscellaneous Talks on Qin Studies - Combing the Cultural Context of Guqin in the Past Eight Thousand Years" can be found on the App: Himalayan.
